What is the time commitment for the program?
The program includes one 90-minute Immersive Leadership Session and one 60–90 minute Group Coaching Touch Point each month, over the course of three months. You can expect to dedicate approximately 3–4 hours per month to live sessions, plus optional time for reflection and implementation.
Is this program for women only?
Yes. This program is intentionally designed to serve women in leadership—specifically those looking to disrupt norms, lead authentically, and create lasting impact in their roles, organizations, and communities.
Will the sessions be recorded if I can’t attend live?
Yes, all sessions will be recorded and made available to participants within 48 hours. Live participation is strongly encouraged for the best experience and connection with your cohort.
Is there an opportunity for 1:1 coaching?
The program includes group-based coaching; however, limited 1:1 coaching may be available as an upgrade. Details will be shared during the program.
What is the difference between the Immersive Session and the Group Coaching Touch Point?
